Questions from overseas buyers
QIs there a minimum order quantity?
No. We machine single prototypes and carry the same process data into production volumes.
QWhich file formats do you accept?
A 2D PDF drawing plus a 3D STEP or IGES model gives the fastest and most accurate quote. DWG, DXF and Parasolid files are also accepted.
QDo you provide inspection reports in English?
Yes. Every shipment includes a CMM inspection report. Mill certificates and coating certificates can be supplied in English.
QWhat shipping terms do you support?
We regularly ship under FOB Incheon/Busan and DAP terms, and have delivered to 11 countries including the US, Germany and Vietnam.
